Mercedes Mone has been the AEW TBS Champion since May 2024. Her reign has been dominant. One of the major reasons for this is her alliance with Kamille. Unfortunately, on this week’s Dynamite, their partnership ended.

The relationship between The CEO and The Brickhouse was good at the start. However, in the past few weeks, the former NWA World Women’s Champion had been letting the 32-year-old down. Not only did she lose a match to Kris Statlander on Dynamite, but she failed to protect the former Sasha Banks from the 29-year-old multiple times.

Due to growing frustration, Mone came to the verge of firing her henchwoman on Dynamite. Interestingly, Kamille didn’t give The CEO the satisfaction of saying the two dreaded words. Instead, she quit on her own.

This segment received a thunderous reaction from the crowd in attendance. Unfortunately, according to Wrestling Observer Live’s Bryan Alvarez AEW Creative might not have a plan in place for The Brickhouse. He believes that the company simply split them just because they wanted to get done with it. Furthermore, he stated that Mercedes Moné vs. Kamille could just be a pipe dream at this moment.

Kamille told Mercedes Mone to shut up

On this week’s Dynamite, Mercedes Mone praised Kris Statlander for her performance against her at Full Gear 2024. Furthermore, she criticized Kamille and almost fired her.

“At Full Gear I showed the world how a real woman gets the job done. And Kamille, since you can’t get the job done, I want to tell you—”

However, The Brickhouse didn’t let her continue. Instead, she said that she was ending their alliance.

“Shut up! Are you stupid or are you dumb? You can’t fire me because I quit.” said Kamille. [H/T AEW’s website]

Tony Khan will probably capitalize on this situation and book a match between the two women soon.

Bobby Lashley is a superathlete. The All Mighty proved why he is one of the most dominant names in the modern era by winning multiple titles in WWE. Currently, he is signed to All Elite Wrestling.

Bobby Lashley is a member of The Hurt Syndicate, alongside MVP and Shelton Benjamin. The faction is a force to be reckoned with. Furthermore, the stable is in an intense rivalry with former AEW World Champion Swerve Strickland and Prince Nana. At Full Gear, The All Mighty defeated The New Flavor via technical submission. Their showdown was one of the best matches of the night.

Meanwhile, on the latest edition of Grilling JR with Jim Ross, the 72-year-old stated that the sky was the limit for the former WWE Champion in Tony Khan’s promotion. The veteran revealed that he told Lashley that the latter would reach the “next level” in the Jacksonville-based company.

“Next level. I told him so to his face. Now I hired Bobby. Bobby is one of my guys. I told him; I said, ‘Now, it’s the next step. This was good. But not good enough!’ And I think he agreed with that. He wants to give some outstanding in-ring matches. I think that’s great. He’s an athlete. He’s a natural athlete, so he’s competitive,” Ross said. [From 10:56 to 11:35]

Bobby Lashley talked about him leaving WWE and joining AEW

In a recent interaction with Gabby AF, Bobby Lashley stated that he could not go out of WWE the way he wanted to.

The All Mighty further revealed that he joined AEW to work with MVP and Shelton Benjamin again.

“I was like, ‘If I’m going to go out, there are certain ways that I want to go out.’ I didn’t get an opportunity to go out the way that I wanted to with putting guys over and having a feud with those guys. Another avenue I could be happy with is to be able to work with MVP and Shelton again; being able to run with that and have fun with it!” he said. [H/T: Inside The Ropes]

What the future holds for the former WWE star in All Elite Wrestling remains to be seen.

Former WWE personality Linda McMahon recently got nominated as Secretary of Education in the US. This has prompted a lot of discussion about her, leading to a Hall of Famer commenting on her behavior behind the scenes.

Linda had quite a few segments in WWE history. Added to that is her relationship with Vince McMahon, which made her a prominent figure in the company’s history. Former SmackDown GM Teddy Long also had quite a few interactions with Linda, allowing him to peek into her backstage character.

Speaking on Sportskeeda Wrestling’s The Wrestling Time Machine hosted by Mac Davis, the WWEHall of Famer stated:

“I had a chance to meet her on several occasions and each time I met her she was always nice and pleasant, had a conversation talking to her you know, took time. Another WWE veteran recently commented on Linda McMahon’s relationship with Vince McMahon

Linda McMahon’s lawyer recently clarified that she and Vince McMahon were separated. As expected, this has prompted several comments from veterans, including Vince Russo.

Speaking on an episode of Writing with Russo, the veteran stated that everybody was trying to distance themselves from Vince McMahon after the slew of allegations against him.

“Who would have ever thought. Like Vince McMahon is like a skunk. Everybody’s just trying to run away from him. Who would have ever thought, I mean, Chris, how ironic is this. I mean, EC3 knows this. I mean, bro, this guy went how many years with people kissing his backside. Now, people cannot get far enough away from this dude, including his own wife.”

In an interview with WWE’s LA Previa, the 36-year-old star was asked about his ultimate goal in the company. The Auszilla stated he wants to win either the Undisputed WWE Championship or the World Heavyweight Championship after he moves past The Bloodline saga following Survivor Series: WarGames in Canada.

Bronson Reed’s last title run was before his WWE release

A few years ago, Bronson Reed signed with the Stamford-based company and started his journey on the then-Black and Gold brand. In the coming months, The Colossal became a notable name in the men’s division and shared the ring with other top contenders.

In 2021, The Auszilla became a credible threat in the division and secured a title match against the North American Champion, Johnny Gargano. The 36-year-old star won his first title in the promotion and held it for a few months before he lost it to Isaiah “Swerve” Scott, aka Swerve Strickland.

He detailed that The Visionary would take this opportunity to destroy the Straight Edge Star and would end up costing Roman Reigns the match.

WWE Superstar Jacob Fatu picked up his first singles victory by defeating The OG Bloodline’s Jey Uso on last night’s SmackDown. After this crucial bout, Solo Sikoa warned Roman Reigns’ team ahead of Survivor Series: WarGames.

The YEET Master faced The Samoan Werewolf in a one-on-one match on the November 29, 2024, installment of the blue brand. The two men utilized every move in their arsenal and pushed each other to the limits during the Men’s WarGames Advantage Match.

However, it was Fatu who secured the advantage for his team at Survivor Series: WarGames. After the 32-year-old star defeated his opponent, he met Solo Sikoa, “Big” Bronson Reed, and The Tongans on the ramp on SmackDown.

WWE later shared a video on Instagram of The Street Champion verbally assaulting Jey Uso after the Friday Night Show went off the air. Solo Sikoa warned the OG Bloodline and CM Punk that his team would go to war with the babyfaces.

The self-proclaimed Tribal Chief confidently stated that his group was prepared for the battle and that Roman Reigns’ team didn’t know what was coming.

“YEET! That’s what I am talking about, baby; that’s what I am talking about. Oh yeah! We [New Bloodline] are about to take your a** to war. You don’t know what’s coming!” Sikoa said.

WWE veteran says there’s no stake in The Bloodline WarGames Match

In the upcoming Men’s WarGames Match, Roman Reigns, The Usos, Sami Zayn, and CM Punk will face the new Bloodline and “Big” Bronson Reed inside the double-caged steel structure. However, a wrestling veteran recently criticized WWE’s booking ahead of the Survivor Series: WarGames PLE.

Speaking on Sportskeeda’s BroDown, Vince Russo questioned Triple H’s booking, arguing that the absence of significant stakes in The Bloodline WarGames Match would devalue the potential outcome.

“If [Solo] Sikoa’s team wins, there’s no stake. I mean, at least give me… Whatever [sic] team loses, that Bloodline’s gotta break up. I mean, at least give me something. I’m trying to understand; what [sic] does it matter if either the babyfaces or the heels win?” he said.

Only time will tell if Solo Sikoa has any surprises in store to defeat the OG Bloodline and CM Punk tonight at the premium live event in Vancouver, Canada.

Roman Reigns boasts an impressive WrestleMania record, headlining the spectacle nine times. Although the biggest annual extravaganza is still far away, there are rumors that he will be involved with either The Rock or Cody Rhodes at The Show of Shows next year. However, given the recent development on SmackDown, Reigns’ story could take a whole new turn putting him against a former WWE Champion at WrestleMania 41.

The star in question is CM Punk. The Best in the World had an intense sit-down confrontation with The OTC on SmackDown. Although they will team up at Survivor Series: WarGames, the two superstars do not appear to be on the same page. Jim Ross was concerned for Will Ospreay during his match at AEW Full Gear

Will Ospreay took on Kyle Fletcher at Full Gear on November 23. The match involved a risky spot where the latter executed a Jumping Piledriver into the steel steps on Ospreay.

Speaking on his Grilling JR podcast, Jim Ross stated that he was scared for Ospreay after the deadly spot on the steps. He was genuinely concerned for the star’s well-being.

“But I thought that scared the sh*t out of me, boy. It really did. That spot scared the hell out of me. I thought there’s no way both these dudes are going to walk away from this, okay, but they did. I guess that’s the thing about youth!”

He added:

Solo Sikoa’s Bloodline got the advantage heading into WWE Survivor Series: WarGames

Earlier this month, Bronson Reed joined Solo Sikoa’s faction for the upcoming gimmick match in Canada. Later, Paul Heyman returned to television for the first time in months following a vicious attack by the heel stable.

However, he didn’t return alone, as he came with CM Punk, who agreed to aid The OG Bloodline against Sikoa’s group. This led to a one-on-one match between Jey Uso and Jacob Fatu to gain the advantage at the event in Canada.

Unfortunately, Main Event Jey couldn’t get the job done against The Samoan Werewolf and lost cleanly to him in the ring after an impaler DDT and a moonsault in the main event of Friday Night SmackDown.
